Quarantine Tank

Hi,
I was using a Nano Cube 6g tank to quarantine samll tetras, etc. They had ich and died

What is the best way to sterilize this tank before using it again as a quarantine tank?

With ich you can just leave it alone for a week without fish ... the ich parasite MUST find a host within 24 - 48 hrs or else it dies. There's no dormant state it goes into in the water if it doesn't find a host.

If it's a bare bottom tank .. I would just dump the water out and let it dry.

Just leave it with no fish. The ich will die off.
