Question on biocube

I have a 29gal biocube. The stock lighting has kept my corals alive for a year + now. I have a lot. But the fans on the light makes the worst humming noise I have ever heard. I was wondering if the 20" t5 lighting setup would be ok for my tank size. I was thinking the light could be OP and stress out my coral/fish. But the hood just makes me angry. This is the light setup I am thinking about putting above the tank. Opinions? http://m.ebay.com/itm/110858871001

If it were my i'd go with this unit. Dimmable 120W LED Aquarium Light Coral Reef Fish Tank Lighting Bridgelux White | eBay cost more up front but next year when your spending $60-80 on replacement bulbs and each year after that the cost is a lot less.
