I won some bettamax off of aquabid and got it in the mail today. It is a bulk powder package, 10 grams, and on the directions it says to use 250 mg's. How do I know how much is 250 mg's? I didn't do very good in school when it came to measuring this stuff. Thanks in advance.

There are 1000 mg in 1 gram so 250mg is 1/4 gram. Of course that doesn't help you much unless you've got some sort of scale to measure it with. If it makes any difference...250mg = 0.01 ounces.

or you can divide your bettamax by a factor of 40 (i.e., a factor of 10 first to get 1g, and then by 4 to get a 250mg). Good luck, Astroguy, PhD!

One more thing...should I worry about overdosing? I believe I am using a diluted solution. I'm adding probably about a cup of bettamax water, and the rest regular water. (Treated of course.) Thanks again.
