I'll probably have to wait a bit before I can actually get an aquarium, but when I do I was thinking about getting a 20 gal and having 3 albino cory, 13-14 rummy nose tetras, and 1 betta. Does this sound like an ok amount? Should I do anything different?

Rummy nose tetras are pretty active and the betta is sluggish. I don't think that makes a good combination. And corys like to be in groups of 6 or more. I'd go only with a dozen rummy nose and 6 corys

The corridoras and betta would be fine I would consider changing the Romy nose out for something like Harlequin rasbora.
Fish that are super active could stress out the betta a lot.
I had a betta in a 15 gallon betta tank with glow light tetras and a couple of albino corydoras that worked out great.
