I don't know what to choose either @.@

Btw, this is an update for my DH. It seems to grow taller but won't spread. I notice a brow leaf, i'll take some photos for u guys to determine if im doing right!

I combine Flourish and api leaf zone together + CO2 boost. Can i do that? Left my light on for 12 to 14 hours daily.

None of those will work. Hopefully someone else will chime in. I know their are some clip on LEDs that will work.

We removed the arm and light on our Fluval Edge 12g and have the BML fixture on the tank. The BML fixtures are waterproof and with a little out side of the box thinking I believe you could figure out how to use a non clip on fixture.

Urrg, just check ur website. Are those made for fluval spec too? I'm willing to order a 10k but i dont know if they are going to fit, or is there a way to upgrade stock light bulbs?

For starters I think your DHG needs to be split into smaller sections. Also I'm sure this was posted already but what are your doing for ferts and liquid carbon (as in how much)?

You can call BML and ask them if they have any suggestions on how you could use on of their fixtures. I see on one end of the tank you could use their regular foot mounts but on the side with the arm raised area is where your going to run into problems. If you could find a DIY to mount the fixture on that end you'd be good. I'm not a DIY person so I can't really help.

I did split them though, about half an inch per group. 0.5 ml flrourish 0.5 leaf zone per week, 0.5 ml co2 booster daily plus i used syringe to dose right amount. Btw, the website u gave me was awesome. I'll try to contact them if they can do sth about upgrading my led. Thanks Rivercats!

Wouldn't those clip on LED fixtures work?

I don't "think" they would be strong enough light or for a planted tank. With all the new light fixtures coming out I can't be sure as I don't tend to keep up on them.

I think Brian nano had one. So did jkeating girlfriends tank. I think it's a finnex clip on light, but don't quote me on that!

Both would work. And at aquariumplants.com Im pretty sure it's free shipping if you spend 50$... Also check out peabodys paradise and eBay.

$50 worth of plants might be a bit much for a nano tank. I did the same thing with AP and had more plants than available space in a 20g long. It was crowded. Not everything survived, so some space opened up.
I have had good results with a 30" FugeRay on the same 20 long. See pics in my profile in the 20L album. Pics might be big; for some reason they do not appear to be resized. Growth took off with the addition of DYI CO2.
The Ray2 might be too strong for a nano; CO2 would be required, IMO, with that intensity.

Now it appears another difficulty: my fluval is 17" sth then should i pick the 16 or 20" finnex?
