Quick filter question.

I have a 29 gal with 2 filters in it and both filters have 2 carbon filled bio bags in them. I want to cycle my 10 gal so I was going to replace 1 of the bio bags with a new one and put the old one in the 10 gal filter. That wont send my tank into a mini cycle will it?

It shouldn't as long as the other carbon bag that you're keeping in your 29 is already cycled material, I have 2 filters on my tank as well with cycled media and i just added 4 carbon bags to em, no problems so far
