Quick question!

So I have a small bowl that used to house a betta, we'll I just found the bowl again and was wondering if I could add some java moss and maybe some sand or gravel and house a few shrimp in it? If so what kind of shrimp would be the best for this?

I have a small beta bowl with moss balls and red cherry shrimp in it as a table centre piece, they seem to be enjoying it hah.
