R.i.p sleeper goby :(

So i lost my sleeper goby about a week ago he was a active 3 in goby i have no idea y he died ! . My water readings are good My who thing is now that i dont have him the poop at the bottom of the tank is all there what could i do other than trying to scoop it to solve this ?

?the goby i had cleaned up the crap at the bottom of the tank now that hes no longer cleaning it how can i get rid of that problem without sturring up sand releasing unwanted nitrates.

Nassarius snails can clean below the surface. If you need sand sifting, I'd only do another goby. Bullet or diamond varieties.

If you had the yellow headed sleeper goby, they don't live long in the aquarium. The other 2 I mentioned do.
