Alright, I recently bought some mystery snails. When I bought the mystery snails the lady at the store was a bit rough and I believe she chipped part of the shell on one of them. Anyways, I took them home and they are doing great but the one who had a slightly chipped shell has had a lot of shell growth over the last 5 days, like at least a good 2 cm of new shell growth. Is this normal? Do I need to be adding a calcium supplement of some sort since there is so much growth? I've added a picture, you can kind of see the chip on the shell towards the left of the bottom snail and then it's all new growth from there.

It's normal for the shells to grow at that rate especially if they've had damage to it. You can add cuttlebone if you want, it will help add calcium and keep the shell healthy.
You can see the chip but it's shell growth looks good to me :)
