Ray2 or Planted +?

So I'm planning on setting up a 20g long which is 30" long and 12" wide and 12" deep. I'm wanting to grow a dwarf hairgrass carpet and s repens in the background. The problem here is the Ray 2 is higher par but the 30" model only extends to 24" in leds which means there will be dark spots on both ends of the tank. The planted + on the other hand has lower par but has red 660nm LEDs which help with photosynthesis and also extends to a full 30" with the LEDs. I will be running pressurized co2 and a substrate bed about 2" deep sloping on both ends of the tank.
