Rcs and copepod

I have a rcs tank but i noticed little white bugs in my tank i have been told that they are copepods but I wanna know if thdy are going for my tank or not and how do I get rid

These might be copepod or possibly seed shrimp (ostracod). Nonetheless, harmless to the shrimp.

Ok i did try to get them on video but was to small to get picked up on camera
