Does anyone know if cherry shrimp will eat brown algae? Or is there a different shrimp that will do that?

Diatoms? They should... Amano shrimp are the kings of eating algae though.

Diatoms will also go away on their own. It's just part of the cycle.

Can diatoms get on my sand? Because I have white sand and it keeps turning brown... How do I fix this?

They'll go away eventually on their own. You can do partial water changes to help. And otos love to eat diatoms too.

I have had my tank for about a month now.. And it still has it how long before it goes away?
