Really weird stuff in my tank!

I went to check on my bass tank this morning and there's a ton of white dots on the acrylic sides of my tank! It looks like what happens when water dries and then streaks down on the outside of glass, but these are smaller and inside! They do streak down about an ich or so

Sorry I forgot to add this, if anybody knows what this is please let me know, I don't want a fungus in my tank or something lol
