Have a 100 gallon fw tank with a 48" t5 10000 k daylight lamp and t5 actinic 03 lamp. I am thinking about putting live plants in my tank. I like odd or colorful plants can anyone give me some recommendations.

Swap out the Actinic bulb. They are for Saltwater tanks.

There are a ton of plants. Some of the brightest reds you'd need high light and CO2 and Ferts and it's a juggling act.

I'm a low light/low tech person.
I love Crypts they come in many shapes, sizes, colors
I am growing Ludwigia sp. "red" and it looks nice.
I like my Dwarf Red Tiger Lotus Lilly.
There is a regular Red Tiger Lotus that is bigger.
Here's some info and pics

i like low light as well, java fern/moss, anubias, crypt lutea, corkscrew vals do ok in lower light ime

swap out the antic bulb for a 6700k bulb .. that's best for plants, if you were to replace the 10k bulb with a 6700 then you would have quite a few more plant options in my opinion... how deep is your tank?
