Red Jewel Cichlids

I havent had much experience keeping cichlids but saw a pair of red jewel cichlids today in my lfs and am interested in getting some. What are good tankmates for these? And any other helpful information would be great too..... Thanks

Tankmates, not many.
If they breed, none.
They will tear up a fish four times their size.
