Pros - 1. One of the cheapest skimmers you can buy.
Cons - 1. One of the worst skimmers you can waste your money on. 2. standard model doesn't even skim a 40gallon, let alone a 100gallon like they claim. 3. One of the noisier HOB skimmers. 4. Can be difficult to get perfectly adjusted. 5. Seems to need constant (daily) adjustment.
Seriously, the cheapest I found one was $79 online, which included the 'deluxe' accessories. After a few months, I ditched it and spend $104 on a CPR Bak-Pak 2R. Difference was night & day. Then I upgraded the CPR pump (A Rio 600) to a Maxi-Jet 1200, and now it REALLY skims well.
