Red spot on the tail of my pregnant guppy?

Hello everybody, I just noticed the tail of my pregnant guppy has a small red spot on it's tail. I'm a newbie to keeping fish, so I don't really check my levels. Please tell me if this is kind of a disease and if it is, how I can fix it. The pregnant guppy is new and will have babies a few days from now. She is isolated because of the disease and also because she is pregnant.

you should really invest in an API master kit. there cheap and a MUST for aquarium keepers. A picture would help as well

Well, this sucks...

I came back home with some medicine when the pregnant guppy died. She hasn't given birth yet and I am really sad. Now I am worried about the other guppy who shared the tank because SHE was pregnant. Good thing she isn't showing any symptoms and the medicine can prevent the disease ...
