Can someone help me identify the sex of my red Texas and let me know wether or not they are able to mate with green Texas

Looks female to me. The majority of Red Texas cichlid males are sterile. Fertile RTC's can mate with many varieties of Central American Cichlids.

How can you tell if it’s male or female

Looks like it has the female trait, black blotch markings in the dorsal fin. Although Texas cichlids in general dont get huge nuchal humps, males often display small ones. Your fish shows no sign of one yet. Here is a pic of my adult male unfaded Red Texas cichlid.
