What is this worm thing is it good or bad.

Bristle worm, from what everyone has been saying, unless its a fire worm then that's bad, they are part of the clean up crew and can get into those places others can't. Don't touch them though the bristles sting you. If it looks like the one in the pic it's bad otherwise from my research they're good to have.

Yeah I'd say it's a bristle worm if you look through the articles on here you'll find a really helpful one about them

The Caribbean bearded fireworm (fireworm by itself is the same as bristleworm) is a gorgonian eater, but fairly harmless to anything else. Generally speaking, bristle worms are good to have. It's extremely rare to find one that can pose a threat to anything.
