Reef lighting?

I'm rather new to the hobby. I was wondering if anyone new where I could find some information on building my lighting for my tank? I have a 260g SW rectangular tank and I really need to do something about my lighting.
Any info or links would really be helpful

First things first, what are the dimensions of your tank, and what type of corals will you want to have? Soft, leather, Lps,Sps clams?

I also would like the dimensions, including depth of the tank as well as what your final coral intentions are. Very important before even attempting to suggest a lighting solution.
