Reef tank in apartment

Hey guys I was wondering how many of us reefers have tanks in our apartments ? What are your tank sizes and how many ?

I have one, 75 gallons + sump 20g + stand + canopy. It's a second floor apt with only 1200sft... had to get permission and only started the project after a lot of research and property mngt "consultations"

I just did it (only 40G.).

But, I did get insurance for it as I'm on 6th floor, just to cover everyone else if it goes.
