First one is bryopsis, the second is a type of filamented red algae, Polysiphonia elongata I think but don't quote me.

Both should be removed.

Zebra turbo's may help with the red one but nothing eats bryopsis, at least not willingly. Your best option is to pull it out/scrub the rock and be dilligent about nutrient levels and feedings. If the rock it's (bryopsis) on is the only one and fairly small, remove it and let it dry out. You'll have better luck sooner than later.
