Riccia Light Requirement

I'm adding CO2 to my 10 gal tank and I am wanting to grow riccia in it. Do you guys think that a 15 w 65000 k regular output fluorescent will be enough light?

i dont think so. if you adding c02 you should have 25-30 wps (at least)

Riccia is a light hungry plant and prefers 3+ wpg and CO2 in the 25-30 ppm range in order to grow best.
