root rot

I am having a problem with root rot, i got 3 sword i plant into the PFS.
3 other sword that have not been plant yet, the 3 that not plant yet root r doing way better then the 3 that is plant.

i just pill out the 3 plant sword and the root was rot. the leaf on the sword r green...

im using PFS over Dirt...

Out of curiosity, are they planted in the same PFS that you spray painted black?

No, the plant is in my other plant tank.
