Root tabs in the water column?

I pulled out my 5 amazon swords from my 75 gallon and I now have osmocote plus balls on top of my substrate(15-20 maybe more)Will this harm my fish I'm any way?

It shouldn't, but I would try and tuck them into the substrate or vacuum them out

I tried to tuck most of them in and the gravel vacuum couldn't lift them :-(. On the up side the tank looks much better w/o them.
