Rosy Barbs

I don't know if this is the right place to post this question but my neighbour has 2 rosy barbs which she bought about a month ago, the LFS won't take them off her hands and she really wants to get rid of them. I know this is a long shot but she has a goldfish pond and I have heard these fish can live in coldwater, is it at all possible to put these in the pond?

They will die in the winter unless the pond is heated.

You could go in the classifieds section here, and post that you want to sell them or give them away. Maybe someone will take them for you. Also you could post in something local around your area.

Rosy barbs are "subtropical", which means 65-72ish. Man that face is creepy.

If he's from the UK, no pond will stay above 65 in the winter unless it's several thousand gallons large.
