Round Worm I think

this mornig i woke up and saw a little round worm thing in my tank. It seemed to be swimming around next to one or my hermits. It is greyish white with a little blackish purple tail/head. What could it be? Could it be a problem?

Without a pic it would be very hard to tell what you have. There are many different types of marine worms that will come in on LR and such. That description sounds more like a bristleworm though.
