Royal gramma

I got a Royal Gramma yestaday I climatised it for about 1 hr then added it to the tank at the same time as the pink spotted watchman goby iv seen the goby but the royal gramma is no where to be seen it was swimming fine when I added it to the tank so do these grammas hide a lot or should I be worried these pics where taking yestaday

Yeah iv found it hiding in a rock it came out when i feed the fish with some brine and garlic here is Afew pics of it hiding

Mine goes to sleep in a tight hole before the lights go out. I don't see him until I feed the tank the next day. After he eats he just swims in the same spot all day, then goes to sleep again.

It's really funny to me how structured his day is.
 
Yeah iv noticed that mine comes out as I little swim round the rock where it's seems to stay then straight back in but it's colours are lovley it's a shame to hide my nuisance cleaner shrimp has had a few jumps at it as the gramma swam past it
 
I just went snorkeling in the Bahamas and these beautiful little guys were everywhere! Really striking colors.
 
With really shy fish - I have found that if you add some top swimmers (in my case 4 green chromosome) they keep the hiding fish more confident. They are always out an above the rock work so the more shy fish feel comfortable.
