Sand cleaners

G'day people
I need to find out what's the best way to get and keep your sand clean

A couple ways for me. First get gome Nassirus snails. They move under your sand and help to keep it clean and then a good sand sifting goby like a bullet goby does the job hor me. What size tank are we talking about?
