Sand or Aragonite?

Hey guys, its substrate time. Do you guys recommend sand or aragonite, and why?

the caribsea reef sand arag. specifically

A nice fine aragonite sand is what you want. Most stuff at the LFS is good or the Southdown at Home Depot, if available in your area.

For a reef tank, most stay away from CC.
