Sand settling

Nope, luckily my wife is cheaper than I am lol. It sucks I wanted to have fish in there by Sat, Have a great cycle already thanks to media from my old tank that had a brick poophouse Bio-filter.

so I really, really don't want to do a full water change, or have to scoop out the sand and re-rinse. Have the feeling though my cycle is gonna have to re do anyways so any thoughts on getting the stuff to settle faster if I took out my media and just stuffed my aqua clear 110 full of poly?

Don't touch your media! Give it a stir up with the gravel vac to suck up the fine particles and let the filter do the rest. What about adding some purigen? That is a good water clarifier.
 
Thanks for all the tips, my wife actually came up with a solution lol. Using the vacume sitting in a bowl so it doesn't stir up more dirt and cycling it thru coffee filters. Just over an hour in and I can see all the way thru already!
