I swapped out the stock pumps and replaced them with pumps I could adjust. It can be a bit tricky because the surface needs to move. the pump on the left has a UV inline so I left that one going full open. pump on the left is closed alomost all the way. I added a HOB on the back to add filtration to the water. At times I think they like to catch a wave, sort of speaking. no other tank mates but a hefty CWC, weekly 20 % water change. I like to add probiotics to the water every other week. chem 21 when needed. every other day or so amquelplus for the ammonia. trying real hard to keep these ponies going. live in the desert chiller is on alot:ermm:
 
At a 5 inch lift, 2 maxi jets , listed at 175 on a 3 inch lift. Probably at least 200 gph. Not including the HOB
 
I'm thinking about converting my 50 gallon to a sea horse tank but i don't know much about them..
