Setting up 12g help

So I have an old tank I'm thinking about turning into salt and was wondering if I had everything id need and if itd be overstocked.

I'd use all natural filtration with about 15 lb of live rock and use live sand and considering a reef but wary of financial costs and what powerheads should I use.

Also, if I wanted a cheap good light what should I use?
