Setting up a mountain stream tank

Thanks, man. They're the best ive had over the years. I'm debating width vs depth, myself. Powerheads and flow systems..... pvc return systems.... etc. But i did learn an awsome overflow trick from an angel breeder that im gonna try and incorporate into my setup. Hopefully that'll cause a natural pull to the current as well.

Love this thread. I've been contemplating a 55gal stream system for a group of 20 gold ring reticulated hill stream loaches i have. I have no idea where to start, so this is great.

I agree! I'm planning on setting up a 20 gallon stream tank, because I have some cool new natives!
