These five were were all purchased at the same time/size about three years ago.
I know it can be difficult to sex these fish but I suspect the two smaller ones are males. Their dorsal and ventral fins are particularly long and pointed, their coloration is different from the other three being more bright orange with vivid yellow foreheads/upper "beaks".
Your assessments are very welcome. It's nearly impossible to get all five in any photo--much less a good one. Sorry.
The single "spooky fish" is, I believe, one of the males and the photo shows that vivid yellow color on its upper "beak" very well.
