Native range: Wide range spanning North America/South America and most places in between.
Native habitat: Estuaries, brackish shallows, freshwater creeks, saltwater bays
Compatible tankmates: Good bottomfeeder, gets along with most other similarly sized or larger fish if well cared for.
Recommended tank size: 20g+ recommended
Size: 1 1/2" - 2 1/2" max
Diet: Omnivore, bottom feeder, not picky at all.
