Shell dwellers and angels?

Thinking about adding a few dwarf shell dwellers to my 29 gallon? But it seems like there isn't a whole lot of information. I see they get spooked easy (info I read), but I've got a couple questions.

Can they work with angels?

What about other dwarf cichlids, electric blue or German blue?

Anyone have ideas of there prefer parameters?
