Aquarium Advice Addict
I don't mean this as an advertisement (I have no vested interest other than the wellbeing of people's fish), but I fishless cycled my 22 long in 4 days (3ppm to 0/0 in 24hrs) by purchasing 2 of their active sponge filters, chopping them up and mixing them in with the bio-media in my canister filter.
Again, not advertising....but highly recommend if you're dealing with a fish-in cycle or trying to speed up your fishless. Great way to immediately get nitrifying bacteria into your aquarium.
