Discus fish will live for 15 years if you take care of them rite

Me too But I work overtime and I don't have no kids broke sucks !!

The only thing I don't like about these fish is that the beg as soon as I move they swim and beg for food These fish will look rite at you and when they get to know yeah they will be your friends and when you have company or crazy kids they will hide So if you have kids I wouldn't buy these fish they will scare them my fish I live alone and when I do have company it doesn't phase them anymore because they beg. That's my experience with them?
