I think it's just common neocaridina that hitch hiked in as a baby with my red cherry shrimp I just couldn't find a picture with out color variation

From the picture it looks kind of blue, coul it be a really low-grade blue velvet or blue pearl shrimp? It does look like some type of Neo.
 
I bought 2 and there were a few babies in the bag and they are reproducing in my tank. I just enjoy the diversity
 
They are calling some of the variations cinnamon or chocolate and getting MORE money for them lol

I have some. I just like all the colors I would keep it for fun, but in a different tank than the reds, if you are breeding them up!
 
I'm just letting them breed since they want to, if I end up with too many I have friends that will buy or get them lol
