Last week I got 4 more amano shrimp. Yesterday after work there was one molt in the tank and when I got home today there were 3 more. I've read that shrimp may molt if water conditions change so I did a test and all the parameters are the same/normal.
Do you think think they were just "due" for a molt since they haven't yet since being added? I'm assuming it was the 4 most recent additions since they're still growing and only about an inch currently. My other Amanos actually molted every 4 or 5 days when I first got them, then again they were also much smaller at the time.
