Shrimp sitting?

Anyone know what type of



behavior this is? My hubby thinks he s trying to molt.

From the looks, he is either molting (probably not. They hide while molting) or cleaning her/him self

Maybe he failed at intimidating other shrimp? Honestly, I don't know much about many species of shrimp. Only on ghost shrimp. just throwing something out there. Sorry I can't help much.

My shrimp do that too, i thought they were just trying to molt, I'll not say what my son thought lol

I think it is bending its tail forward to reach the tailfin (whatever those are called). When shrimp aren't feeding they usually spend their time grooming/cleaning themselves.
