Hello, I just got home and noticed what looks to be a shrimps equivalent to a snake skin. I have one orange bee shrimp and 2 amano shrimp. Water conditions are ideal(just tested). Is this normal? Or is there a dead shrimp hiding in my tank :(?
Thanks

I believing what you are seeing is the molt of the shrimp, it is perfectly normal. They shed their outer skin, molting. Its scared me a couple times thinking I had a dead shrimp lol.

Oh fewf! Thank you for the fast reply. Much appreciated :). I was scared I lost one.

No perfectly normal, when they die theyre white/pink but still solid looking. And generally youll find theyre eaten by the survivors
