I think he is sick today he started to stay at the bottom of the tank and almost scratching himself on the gravel


Know the tank is dirty tomorrow water change day

Have you tested water quality? If parameters are ok, then parasites are normally what cause a fish to 'scratch' themselves. The fish is displaying all his fins well, so appears in relatively good health, but test ammonia, nitrite etc. As ammonia increases, it will start to irritate the gills which will often cause the fish to rub/scratch/flick

I agree with pip, it could be parasites, worse case scenario.
 
What parasite could it be and what medicine should I use
