Noticed that my Betta was acting really lethargic and upon closer inspection I noticed his face was peeling and white. Any idea what this is and how I can help?

That is not ich. Ich looks like a fish is sprinkled with salt. Look up culumanaris (sp?). I would go with Maracyn & Maracyn 2.

Yea I think columnaris is what it is, I'm assuming I need to medicate the entire tank or should I move him elsewhere?

Unfortunately I don't really have experience with it but as a precaution I would treat the entire tank; if I remember correctly it highly contagious. If you have multiple tanks don't use the same cleaning equipment for them because you can spread it that way.
