Sick betta

So my betta got tore up by some ghost shrimp biting his tail, and now he has what appears to be ick and a white scratch/mark on his head. The ghost shrimp have been moved to a different tank and so has the betta. Is it ick? Or something else? I started hearing the tank to87 degrees today.

he white spots are going away since I have raised the emp. It must of been ick, and I think the scratch will heal up.
