Sick / bloated African Dwarf Frog

Not sure where to go with this. She seemed to have been fine until today. She's bloated and is struggling to swim, which I'm afraid means she's not gonna last long.


I feed her a few times a week, do proper water changes. She's got a few snails in there with her.


Parameters are normal and looking fine. This is a seven gallon tank.

Last time one of my frogs had this issue it died the next day, it may be dropsy. my frogs stomach didnt get very big but I assumed it had been dropsy.

do you have a male tank mate?
