sick danio?

this is my first aquarium (29 gallon) and my first fish are 5 leopard danios, after acclimating them and finally releasing them into the tank 4 of them are doing great but one is sluggish and swims in spurts. is this fish sick? is it to early to tell? i appreciate any help :)

How long has the tank been set up? Have you tested the water for ammonia, nitrite, nitrate? If it's a new tank, it probably isn't cycled, which means you are going to have to monitor the tank closely and do a lot of water changes. Get a good liquid test kit like the API kit (not strips) and test your water every day. Post the levels here when you get them. Any time ammonia or nitrite rise above 0.25 do a water change to bring the levels down to under 0.25. Use a dechlorinator (like Prime) every time you change water and try to match the temperature of the new water with the tank water. yea i thought i had it cycled but i guess not because now its a lil cloudy and now ammonia is at .25 i have an api master test kit so i dont know how i misread the results
