Sick female guppy

I was watching her for a while, as I thought she was pregnant, but today I found her like in the photo. Any ideas what it's happening and if I can help her anyway?

I should mention that the tank is almost 1 year old, the water change was made 5 days ago, nothing was changed in the fish diet.

The damage to her internal organs is probably too great to heal. I would euthanize her.
