Sick Fish

I have a sick Red Empress who has a bad case of cloudy eye. he tends to swim in a circular motion and is hiding a lot. Does anyone have a suggestion on how to cure it or what could have cause it??

I had that happen not to long ago and it went away after a few water changes and cleaning and stirring up the sand to get the gases out. Oops forgot also made more current at the surface
